These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of MastiTalk, operated by AK Social Media. By using MastiTalk, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

• You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You must not share, sell, or misuse your account.

3. User Conduct

You must not:

• Post illegal, abusive, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit unlawful content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Use bots, hacks, malware, or exploit app bugs
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
• Engage in fraud or other unlawful activity

You are responsible for any content you upload, stream, send, or publish through MastiTalk. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host and process such content to operate the app.

5. Paid Features

Some features such as gifts, subscriptions, coins, or premium services may require payment. Unless required by law, payments are generally non-refundable.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or create risk for the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MastiTalk and AK Social Media shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
